FEEDING AND NUTRITION
Good nutrition is the key to keeping Whimsy healthy, energetic, and alert so that we all can get the most out of our adventures together. It all begins with the RUFFLY Kibble to Go Bag, which carries 16 cups of kibble inside its water-resistant interior.
From there, it all depends on what kibble you and your dog prefers. It’s very hard to find the same brands from one country to another, so it’s a good idea to ‘exercise’ your dog’s stomach by feeding them a variety of good, healthy foods.

K9 RIDER
We designed the K9 Moto Cockpit for superior performance under the most challenging adventure motorcycle conditions: difficult terrain, off-road riding, tall motorcycle, and a large dog. The challenging riding we tackle during GoRUFFLY Around the World proves it!
The few Cockpit accessories ensure that Moxie is safe, comfortable, and protected. Her K9 Moto Harness ensure she is safely strapped into the Cockpit and her Rex Specs protect her eyes and ears from flying debris and excessive noise.
The Cockpit allows for unrestricted cooling airflow in hot weather riding conditions. The SunShield provides ultra lightweight cover against blazing sunshine while the Rainfly provides insulation and a waterproof barrier for extreme cold and rainy conditions.

I put on Moxie’s Ear Pro whenever we’re riding at speed for long distances. It was essential equipment when we tackled an “Iron Tail” ride – 1,000 miles in 24 hours. – Jess

BONUS: How to Record Your Dog’s POV
The joke about photo and video enthusiasts is: We spend the whole time futzing with cameras, lenses, batteries, and SD cards in order to capture the fun that we’re NOT actually having.
It’s a delicate balance to strike between living the adventure and documenting it to share. It became a whole lot easier and more fun when we created the MoxieCam to capture Moxie’s point of view.
Project “MoxieCam” was a textbook example of merging technology with good ol’ fashion DIY ingenuity and the result is a high-quality recording of Moxie’s – or your dog’s – POV to share their unique perspective on the adventure without encumbering them with additional gadgets, straps, and harnesses.
MoxieCam
We created the MoxieCam by mounting an Insta360 Go 2 action camera within it’s clip-on holder to the top of Rex Specs Dog Goggles. The result is a highly stabilized, high definition recording of everything Moxie see when she’s riding the motorcycle, hiking the trail, kayaking on the lake, and more.
The MoxieCame setup is super lightweight and perfectly integrates with Moxie’s riding goggles so she doesn’t even know it’s there. That means no dogs were annoyed in the recording of our videos! –Jess
